  I've been to this place 4 times and every time has been an experience.
  
  My first time there I asked for my burrito "wet" which is terminology I'm used to where I'm from. The woman taking my order seemed really annoyed and asked, "do you mean smothered?" I've always worked in customer service and would NEVER correct a guest like that. Next, I asked for the burrito to be "smothered" in enchilada sauce instead of green chile. The woman said "we don't do that". What do you mean?! You can't pour a different sauce? She said the cooks wouldn't understand and they can't do that. I told her then maybe she could explain to them what I want. Then, I asked for lettuce in my burrito. "We can't do that". Are you serious? You're a restaurant that can't add an ingredient to an item? I asked why and she said they just don't do that. I was so confused. She agreed and when I was done asking for two simple things, she rolled her eyes and said she would need to speak to the cook about my order. I asked for lettuce and sauce, not a huge deal.
  
  Another trip to this place and I asked for lettuce in the burrito and once again was shot down. "We don't do that" I told her they've done it before so she gave up and said she would talk to the cook. Got home, no lettuce. We called to complain and the manager laughed and said she didn't know why someone would say no to lettuce.
  
  Next trip and I ordered a smothered burrito with lettuce. No negative feedback! Yay! I wanted to clarify that the style I ordered included sour cream on the outside and inside of the burrito. Confirmed. I go to the window and the girl is super sweet. I really thought maybe things had changed. Got home, no chips that I ordered. Also, no sour cream or lettuce.
  
  Basically, if you go you'll get pretty good food without paying more like a sit down restaurant. Your food will most likely be wrong if you try anything that isn't printed on the menu, and when you actually place an order without modifications you may not get what you actually ordered. My advice, order inside and inspect the food or pull out of the drive thru and look what they packed or you'll be sorry. The service will likely never be good. The women that take orders obviously hate working there and shouldn't be in the service industry.

  Soo good.  Simple real great.  Straight forward.  
  No flash but great food. Service was great.  Value there.

  Small but busy, this place has really good food for the price. Complimentary chips and salsa with your order and they have the best refried beans I've had in a while! Rice is really flavorful too.

  LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, and I can promise it's clean! The food is incredible and the best I've had since moving out to Colorado. I highly recommend this place if you want some delicious green Chile
